seeking a Video Production Specialist who will work closely with
our Marketing team to create high-quality, engaging video content
for YouTube, social media, websites, trade shows, and more. If you
have a passion for storytelling through video, a strong technical
background, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment,
this is the role for you! A strong portfolio demonstrating video
editing skills and creative abilities is required. JOB FUNCTIONS
INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Develop videos for customer-facing platforms such as YouTube,
social media, and trade shows.
- Operate video production equipment including cameras, lighting,
and audio equipment.
- Edit videos in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition.
Perform tasks like color correction, audio cleanup, and ensuring
high production quality consistent with Shimadzu's brand.
- Collaborate on brainstorming, storyboarding, and transforming
concepts into visually compelling multimedia.
- Manage multiple video projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure
deadlines are met.
- Optimize videos for multiple formats and environments, track
video analytics, and engage with current trends.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to
create videos for meetings, presentations, and more. EDUCATION AND
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in videography, film, or a related
field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on video production
experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and DSLR
camera operation.
- Strong creative and technical skills in video editing and
production.
- Familiarity with YouTube's algorithm, analytics and social
media trends.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication

Benefits: This non-exempt, full-time position offers a starting
salary range of $57,000 to $60,000 annually, paid semi-monthly.
Eligible benefits include a 401K matching program and discretionary
yearly contributions, with detailed information provided at the
final interview stage. In your first year, you will receive 10 paid
vacation days, 8 paid personal days, 8 scheduled holidays, and 3
floating holidays. After one year, you'll have access to a generous
short-term disability program, with premiums fully covered by the
company. Employees are insured at 100% of their salary for the
first 6 weeks and 66 2/3% for weeks 7 to 12.As a non-exempt role,
you will also be eligible for overtime and double time pay
according to employee handbook guidelines. Additional variable
compensation may include a discretionary year-end bonus based on
