research, come join us!Primary Purpose: As a UX Designer, you will
be responsible for contributing to intuitive, engaging, and
delightful user experiences for Emmes software products. You will
work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
managers, engineers, and other team members, to ensure that the
end-to-end user experience is seamless, efficient, and
effective.Responsibilities:
- Conducts user research and creates user personas to inform
design decisions.
- Develops user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate
design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaborates with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that
design solutions align with business objectives and technical
feasibility.
- Conducts usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on
design solutions.
- Creates design specifications and works with developers to
ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
- Maintains and updates design systems and style guides to ensure
consistency and scalability.
- Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to
continually improve the user experience.Qualifications:
- Formal education in Human Centered Design, Design Methods,
Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field is preferred
but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and
experiences across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with user research methods and tools, such as
surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.More About
