Responsibilities:As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be expected to:1. Assist the Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget.2. Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.3. Review and manage project submittals, ensuring all documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.4. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project management.3. Proven experience with project submittal process.4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.8. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing project needs.10.
