Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Transaction Group Manager
specializing in Due Diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute due diligence engagements, including financial
analyses and risk assessments
Advise clients on maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks in
mergers and acquisitions
Develop and train staff while ensuring adherence to professional
standards and confidentiality
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in due diligence
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles
Extensive experience in project management and team
coordination
Demonstrated career progression with increased responsibilities
